"THE ROAD TO THE RIVER OF SILENCE"
A one-woman show based on an Israeli novel by Galit Mayor.

Gaya is searching herself in others. In her imagination, she enters into stranger's bodies and experiences their stories, but she always gets back to be her own self: " ..I turn off myself. Me the one I wish was dead. Me the one I'm fed up with... It is I who was everyone, who asked strangers to be my wings. Years I've been looking for my peace…" Through the strange, funny moments she shares with them, she finally gets to tell her own life story, and deal with the loss of loved ones.
Sadness and laughter are combined in this journey, just as finding and losing. This is an escape-diary but also a search for peace of mind and acceptance.
